Additionally, she will oversee brand concept planning, leveraging her exceptional talent and creativity to craft dynamic works.

I'm thrilled to join AOI Pro. as an Executive Producer and Creative Director. I have always believed that advertising, fashion, and films are not just for entertainment but also can shape ideas and drive change. Since childhood, I have been passionate about creating a bridge between the cultures I was brought up with and I believe advertising is deeply rooted in culture and psychology. Creative direction is about evoking emotions, and I feel honored to be part of this art form. Moreover, I'm privileged to be with a company that champions women in Japan. Change begins with actions, and we're actively making a difference. I am excited to be a part of this meaningful and creative endeavor.

SAILA KUNIKIDA
Born in England in 1994, Saila Kunikida ventured into the world of fashion after completing her high school education. She pursued her passion for fashion design at the renowned Studio Berceau. Saila's has graced the pages of fashion magazines like "Fujingaho" and "25ans," and she has lent her modeling skills to notable brands such as Isetan Mitsukoshi and UNIQLO. Since January 2021, Saila Kunikida has been based in both Tokyo and Berlin, where she serves as a creative director. With an Italian father and a Japanese mother, Saila Kunikida also has a distinguished lineage as the great-great-grandchild of the Meiji era novelist Kunikida Doppo.
